Business Valuations

Our sell-side representations include basic corporate valuations with various valuation methods so our clients know the approximate range of offers they can expect to see. Valuations can be a little tricky because different types of buyers see value differently. For financial buyers, we use a discounted cash flow valuation as that is what buyers typically use. On the other hand, strategic buyers may value intellectual property, customers, suppliers, technology, or product base in a variety of manners, and those values are more difficult to evaluate.
